Il manga fantasy soprannaturale Doron Dororon di Gen Oosuka si è concluso con il 36º capitolo nel numero 39 di Weekly Shōnen Jump, uscito lunedì 29 agosto.
Il manga era stato serializzato sulla rivista a partire dal novembre 2021. I capitoli del manga sono stati attualmente raccolti in tre volumi tankōbon. Il quarto e il quinto volume usciranno il 4 ottobre 2022. Il quinto volume sarà il volume finale.
I lettori di Doron Dororon si sono lamentati del fatto che la sua trama si è precipitata verso un climax affrettato. Questo è stato preso come una prova del fatto che il manga è stato interrotto troppo presto.

Doron Dororon è il secondo manga di Oosuka a essere pubblicato su Weekly Shōnen Jump. Anche il suo primo manga, Golem Hearts, ha avuto una breve permanenza sulla rivista, in quanto ha terminato la serializzazione nel febbraio 2018, a soli 5 mesi dal suo inizio.
